In our work together we’ll create a nonjudgmental space to explore your inner world, inviting parts of yourself forward that might usually stay hidden. Whether you’re stuck in a familiar ache or lost in something unnamable, therapy can help identify core issues and provide space to experiment with new ways of being. I will take an active, collaborative role in the process, working alongside you as new ways of thinking, feeling, and being emerge. I often integrate art to deepen exploration and spark growth.
I specialize in helping individuals and couples overcome depression, anxiety, relational struggles, unprocessed trauma, and creative blocks. I use a psychodynamic approach, integrating somatic practices and EMDR. We may also use the therapeutic relationship as a supportive space for exploring the unconscious. No therapy is ever the same —it is shaped moment by moment.
Therapy is not about fixing you, because you are not broken. It’s about tapping into your strengths to rediscover parts of yourself that may be hiding in plain sight.
